The Ocean

One thing we did on vacation was go to the ocean in Whiterock. My cousin Booked us a hotel for my belated birthday present. We had so much fun and the kids experienced some firsts,like turning over rocks to look for crabs.



Matteo had alot of fun after he got over his fear. But he sure ended up with a nasty rash between his legs from the sand! He walked a little funny for a couple days but I am sure he would say it was worth it!

Back and not quite ready to roll

We are back! We were gone for 28 days! Such a long haul and of course Matteo's asthma had to make a nice comeback on the last couple days. It always seems to happen on the tail end off our trips.There we were in Hope Bc on the side of the highway down in the bushes with snakes,cleaning up a pukey 2 year old.

Needless to say the trip that always takes 2 days home, took 3 this time.But all and all it was one of our better ones. But so hot, and at my Nonna's{gramma}. There is no air conditioning, but forget that there is no air flow. Because she doesnt open the windows. And in Vancouver it seems that they are having problems with the little 4 legged friends. So, between that and the heat,I dont think I slept more than 4 hrs a night there. Thankfully,in Kamloops for the almost 2 weeks we were there,we did have air conditioning and no little friends.

We did alot and of course i did not take near enough pictures. I am terrible with that. But I will post some next and a few of the events we did do.
